John has worked as an IT consultant for 30+ years in the SMB market. His expertise includes Software Development, Operations Management, and Team Building. John began developing Franchise Command as a solution for one of his larger multi-location clients to more easily manage their leases. Taking the ‘inside-out’ development strategy, it quickly grew into a comprehensive operations management system as the client needed a way to consolidate all their operations management tools to focus on synchronicity and save money. By soliciting input from the practitioners of the various operations domains, Franchise Command was designed to be a ‘real world’ solution to the challenges facing multi-location organizations.
